"If Customer Service is important to you, I highly recommend Paul Busch at Busch Satellite. Our Dish Network wasn’t working right this morning. It was so nice to call a local number and talk to a live person, without going through a bunch of computer prompts! Paul made some suggestions on the phone and planned to do an in home service call for us later today. We were able to correct the problem without him making a visit. He said if anything changed to give him a call back. He is available 24/7 as his office number rolls to his cell phone after hours. I don’t think we could find better Customer Service anywhere else. "
